Navigating Cancer

At the Arizona Center for Cancer Care we have created a fully comprehensive Cancer Navigation Program, developed to focus on the whole patient. We look at all of the aspects of care and our satisfaction rate is almost 20% higher than the national average. Our Navigation Program is a 6 Phase platform that concludes with a surveillance component, upon completion the cancer treatment, to ensure that any concerns are addressed, immediately, to prevent future complications. We will maintain surveillance as patients take part in our survivorship program.

How to Refer a PatientReferring a patient to Arizona Center for Cancer Care is straightforward. We work closely with referring physicians to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. After-hours inquiries will be returned within one business day.Submit Referral Information: Provide a referral request letter along with the patient’s face sheet and relevant medical records.
