Tara is an accomplished healthcare executive with a Master’s Degree in Health Administration from Washington State University. Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Carolina Kidney Partners (CKP) in Charleston, South Carolina—a physician-owned, risk-bearing contracting entity dedicated to supporting nephrology providers in the development and management of shared-risk contracts with payers. Under her leadership, CKP achieved notable success in reducing healthcare costs while maintaining high standards of patient care through the strategic use of care coordination tools.Tara has a proven track record of successfully executing strategic plans focused on growth and managing multi-location delivery systems.

Her passion for oncology care is rooted in her earlier leadership roles, including: • Health System Administrative Officer, Oncology - Medical University of South Carolina
• Executive Director of Cancer Services - Cape Cod Healthcare • Director of Oncology Operations - Southcoast Health
• Cancer Center Director - Olympic Medical Center Tara’s decision to return to oncology reflects a deep commitment to making a meaningful impact in cancer care and supporting patients, providers, and the community.

Tara recently relocated to the Valley and is happy to be closer to her three grown daughters on the West Coast, her parents in Las Vegas, and her sister in Phoenix. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, reading, traveling, and engaging in community outreach centered around oncology care.

Jenny Martin, MBA

Senior Vice President of Strategic Growth


Jenny brings over 20 years of experience working in the field of healthcare administration and business development, holding executive leadership positions in both hospital and private practice settings since 2012. After Jenny’s younger sister Annie lost her battle to cancer at the age of 24, Jenny became particularly passionate about cancer treatment and patient care. Determined to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients, Jenny leveraged her knowledge and expertise in oncology healthcare administration and business development by starting a non-profit organization, Phoenix Cancer Support Network. Jenny earned her Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies with a concentration in Speech from Emerson College in Boston, MA and her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Healthcare Management at Columbia Southern University. Jenny lives in Phoenix, AZ with her husband, Sam and their 3 children, Ari and Elliott and Gia.

Vice President, Compliance


Lyn obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Arizona State University and achieved her Master’s degree in Nursing, with a focus on healthcare administration from the University of Phoenix. She has obtained her Certification in Healthcare Compliance and is a Certified HIPAA Compliance Officer. She has almost 30 years of experience in building compliance, quality and education programs and has held different executive leadership positions across multiple healthcare focused organizations. She was previously with AZCCC from 2016-2021 as the Compliance Officer and is excited to return to an outstanding team of professionals that are focused on providing best in class services for cancer patients. Outside of the office, she likes spending time with her family, painting (oil and acrylic), and enjoying time outdoors. She has two adult sons that are involved in the theater and sports to help give her a balance of activities in her spare time.
