About Megan Yanno, MSPAS, PA-C

Megan Yanno, MSPAS, PA-C is a nationally board  certified Physician Assistant who is trained in Medical, Surgical, and Cosmetic Dermatology. Her passion lies in helping patients value their health and feel confident in their own skin. 

Megan has extensive experience in health care since 2005, and began her Dermatology career in 2014. Her goal is to give each patient a unique, one-on-one approach for their dermatology and skin care needs. Megan specializes in creating long-term aesthetic treatment plans for patients, utilizing the latest technology in prescription or pharmaceutical grade skin care, cosmetic injectables, and lasers. She has mastered advanced injector training and skin care treatments from the leading pharmaceutical companies, and has skilled hands from her previous days in surgery. Megan conducts skin cancer screenings, performs skin biopsies, diagnoses and treats general dermatologic conditions including actinic keratoses, acne, rosacea, eczema, hair loss and sun damage. Her experience in Cosmetic Dermatology includes all Neurotoxins, Hyaluronic Acid Fillers, Kybella, Radiesse and Sculptra Biostimulators, intralesional steroid injections, lasers and other medical devices for anti-aging.

Ms. Yanno earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Behavior and Fitness Management and completed a Certificate in Business Fundamentals from the University of Delaware. She earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Arizona School of Health Sciences at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. She is a proud Fellow Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, and Arizona Dermatology Physician Assistants Society.
