Philosophy of Care

Courtney Brincks Bandstra was born and raised in the east valley of Arizona. She attended Northern Arizona University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in Biology, along with minors in Chemistry and Disability Studies. She went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Franklin Pierce University, where she was inducted into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society in recognition of her academic excellence, leadership and service.

Courtney is passionate about empowering patients through education and helping them feel confident and informed in their healthcare decisions. She is committed to providing compassionate care to her patients and their families.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys hiking and exploring the natural beauty that Arizona has to offer with her family.
