Clinical interests: Brittany had been practicing in family medicine for almost 10 years and after years of diagnosing cancers and being with her mom as she underwent treatment, she changed her focus to Oncology/Hematology.
Every patient is a unique individual whose health is affected by emotional, social and physical aspects. Each patient is seen as a whole unique person, rather than a diagnosis. She strives for an environment where patients feel seen and heard. She believes in patient centered collaborations where patients become active participants in their care by asking questions, and shared decision making. Her approach is to deliver care that combines clinical expertise with empathy and attentive listening.
Hobbies/personal interests:
Outside of work, Brittany loves to spend her free time going on adventures with her amazing dog Opie, getting outside and perfecting her fancy sugar cookie skills.
